Easily the most exciting MLB player I've seen play the game.

Palmeiro. But mainly because he was traded from the Cubs early in his career due to banging Ryne Sandberg's bimbo wife.

I'm partial to Astros, so I agree, Caminiti

Maybe even less for what he did at the plate and more for his defense. The way he would gather himself and pause for dramatic effect, then unleash that cannon just as everyone in the house that never saw him play thought the runner would beat it out.

Albert Pujols

I don't recall anyone credible alleging Pujols used steroids. Not saying he didn't but haven't heard that speculation much. The guy never hit 50 hr in a season, he was just a consistent, he hit 28 or more in every season he played 100 or more games in (30 or more in all but the one he hit 28 and the year he played 99 games and hit 17).

My answer is Mark McGwire, for the record.

He's got that typical sleazy, womanizer from the 80s look to him too. I picture him with a leopard design robe, chest hair exposed, with multiple gold chains and medallions.....and of course the bear skin rug and fireplace
