Who is the best WR in the NCAA this year?

I like Ross from Washington and JJS-S from SC as the best in country this season.
Cannon from Baylor is very good also but not top tier.

Zay Jones of ECU has 151 catches for like 1600 yards this season...unreal numbers but that's what you get when you run the air raid with one receiver
