UK has tremendous defense, but their offense sputters at times. If Booker isn't hitting outside shots, they could fall for sure.

All of the above plus Duke

They're freshmen and sophomores who have played together for three months. A veteran, well-coached team can shock them at any time. Didn't a good but not great West Virginia team knock out the John Wall All Stars?

Really going out on a limb there.

His one tournament team that didn't make the Final 4.

Skeptical about LSU winning 2 in a row vs. Kentucky. Talent vs. talent, Kentucky wins every time. And last year's Kentucky team had no confidence. We got them at the right time. If we just slug it out, no way unless we are unconscious from the perimeter.

I wish Virginia would have beaten Michigan State in the Sweet 16 last year.

No way Virginia would have rolled over against UConn like the Spartans did.

If not for Aaron Harrison having ice water in his veins, Vandy would have beat them in Rupp. After losing to Mississippi State. UK isn't unbeatable.

That team desperately lacked a perimeter shooter. I think coming into that season Cal thought he could possibly get Jodie Meeks to come back but he had enough after Tubby and especially Gillispie.

As far as who could beat UK? I think they do pretty well playing up to good competition. And the SEC likes to try to make you win ugly. My guess is it'll take a good perimeter team.

Except they keep finding ways to win to stay unbeaten.

Ok well then Virginia is unbeatable too. I'll bet my life one of those teams loses at some point, though.

They have offensive flaws was the point.

Don't get so defensive, it's unbecoming of a lady.

I'd love for Texas to get another shot at UK, with a healthy Isaiah Taylor and on a neutral court. And hopefully without incredibly shitty refs (they were shitty for both teams).

You're right. Virginia is in the same boat.

Kosmo, just pointing out the hilarity of the statement. They're definitely beatable, but several teams of varying levels of talent and experience (and good coaches as well) haven't figured it out yet. Nothing defensive about it.

That's a pretty safe bet considering one of them has to

Media talking heads created the myth that UK is unbeatable. I'd bet a month's salary they lose before the tourney.

Well.... TAMU and Ole Miss took them to OT. They are a great team, but not nearly as invincible as people make them out to be. Their offense is pretty inconsistent. It's their D that makes them so freaking good.

But if you catch them on a cold night on the offensive end, there are quite a few teams that could beat them. But to beat them you gotta be able to knock down mid / long range shots because they are so long in the paint. You gotta shoot well to beat them.

But when they are on, nobody can beat them. But, like I said, there O can be stagnant at times.
