Take Frazier off, he wasn't a dual threat qb, he was an option qb.
What does this mean? Spread QB vs Option QB is nominal. Spread just gives a bunch of throwing targets for earning yards. Easier to throw in the spread and run as a QB in the spread.
Proof is Tebow dominating unless he played in a situation where he had to be a real QB.
I'm assuming you never seen Frazier play, or possibly never saw Nebraska at all under Osborne or solich. There is a huge difference between the option qb at Nebraska and the zone read qb's. Passing was an afterthought at Nebraska, I doubt Frazier averaged more than 12 attempts per game.
Edit- frazier's career completion % is 49% and in his best season he completed 8 passes per game.

I wouldn't call White dual threat QBs. I would call them option QBs
WVU never ran the option

Pat White wasn't that great either. The Big East was a train wreck when he played at West Virginia.
Four for four in bowls
2 bcs wins
And the big east wasn't crappy back then 2007 the league was really good

Also I know JFF won a Heisman but idk about him being an all time great. Frazier or Vick or Cam or VY never got blown out 41-7 or never not won 10 games. JFF was a product of a system that showed it was meant to remain in college. LSU gave us a glimpse of what the rest of the NFL is doing.
When did Manziel lose 41-7? Also only three guys in the list in the OP accomplished anything in the NFL so I'm not sure how that can be considered criteria. Frazier was the ultimate system QB.

Frazier had blood clots before he could go pro. Frazier transcened the system, he could run and pass, he QBed the greatest team of all time, 95' Nebraska.
Oh and I'm sorry it wasn't 41-7 it was 34-10. Still a 3TD+ beatdown.
