I started thinking about this after I heard about Steph Curry's contract. Granted, I really only have a good idea about players on teams I follow closely, so I'm curious to hear some of the others out there. Unless someone has a better idea, I'm just going to base things off of average annual value.

Obviously, rookie contracts shouldn't be factored in.

Here's a few that jump to mind:

-Steph Curry - $11,000,000
-Andrew McCutchen - $8,583,333
-Antonio Brown - $8,392,000

What are some other ones out there? Given the expansion of the NBA's cap, Curry's contract value is insane.

Tim Duncan maybe? I know he signed that 2 year-$10.4 million deal recently but he's also notorious for taking deals to bring guys in.

That may be the average for McCutchen, but he's making much more than that through 2018 I believe. Something like 13ish per year.

Bumgarner is at like $6M per year for the Giants.

Brady's current deal. He's still an elite top 5 guy, he's getting paid bottom tier money

Dylan Larkin? Only 19. Has played in 30 games. Second on the team in points (22), leads team in goals (11), second on the team in assists (11), leads the NHL in +/- by +5 (+20 total).

Only a $925,000 cap hit for the next 3 seasons.
