We had to do timed 100 yard fireman carry with position groups. You'd carry them for 100 yards, then they would pick you up and go back, then you pick them up and run 100, and vice versa. You would get to take a break then the next round. That shite was brutal. Even being carried sucked.

Also agree with he poster that said burpees, but they Bihar me more now than they did then

In basketball we would do 5 sets of suicides at the end of practice, then that sadistic bastard would make us jump rope with the heavy rubber rope. Frick that dude. He went to some Bobby Knight coaches camp and it turned him into a dickwad

Gassers in football, everyone had to finish in 30 secs or less or we'd keep going and half the o line couldn't physically do it so we were all at the coaches mercy.

we had a hoops drill called "fireball" where the coach would line us up and just randomly throw the frick out of the ball at someone. it was to help us catch with both hands. drank a couple mickeys before a practice and wasn't quite ready, got my lip busted pretty good. i didn't mind suicides and reminders and that shite, always liked to run.

The Suicide-Sprints at the end of Basketball practice.We couldn't have any water during practice.By the end of practice your mouth was so dry.

When the Coach blew the whistle and hollored "on the line",I'd run grab 2 pieces of Gatorade Gum that I had stashed.I'd give 1 piece to a buddy.

We'd run 6 Suicides and 6 down and backs.Sides would be hurting.

Good times.

What number were you? I played for coach Sid to, we did them for 43 minutes my sophmore year at Camp Ruth Lee

We had the same machines except they were the older models. We would have to do 6 sets of 15 of the bear cat jumps. Makes me want to vomit just thinking about it.

110 yard ladders for baseball. used to have to hit a certain time at the 10,30,60, and finish. 30 seconds between sets.

The obvious answer is suicides or some kind of running drill.

Although I absolutely dreaded doing power cleans, especially since it took me a little while to get the right form. So my back paid the price for a while

Tough with the ball drill on basketball. Hold on to the ball while your opponent could punch, slap and kick you for 30 seconds at a time.

Coach got pissed at Soneon the team really bad once. Made him do that against everyone on the team. It was fricking rough on him.

2 minute leg test was the worst. Tempo runs sucked too.
