What was your least favorite workout in high school sports

We had this drill in basketball, I think coach called it the golden drill. It consisted of 12 different stations and each station you had to do for 45-60 seconds then move onto the next one. Some of the stations were suicides, wall sits, Mikan drill, sprints, free throws, push-ups, backboard touches and more. This was always the last thing we did on a Friday practice, right before everyone went home. He said he wanted to make us so tired that we wouldn't party over the weekend.

Bear crawls. Down and back. Over and over and over and over.

Squats
I have such a love/hate relationship with squats. Loved it back in the day as it was disproportionately my best lift, you feel like a monster, etc.
However, no other lift takes more out of you it seems like. I'm always dead after a leg day that involves squats.

Coach got some sand bags from like sparq or some company like that. Whenever you saw those on the field your day was about to be ruined

I also hated anything to do with abs or your "core".

This one coach tried to put me on a weight training program, and I was all like, 'You and your weights can frick off somewhere. I'm not lifting that shite. It's heavy. You tell me why I need strength training when I'm strong enough to throw a goddamn 100 mile per hour pitch? frick that.

As a soccer player, I half assed any weight training that didn't involve my legs.

Indian Run... Start at one top of the bleachers, run down across the field to the other top and back =1 . 10 of those non stop, followed by 10, 25-50 gassers, topped off with 1.5 mile run which skill players had to finish under 10 minutes after already being drained. If you didn't complete it, you were bumped down on depth chart and had to repeat it next week.

Suicide drills or pretty much any form of running.

Our coach had a similar thing called the cycle but the stations were mostly jumping excercises. Jumps with medicine ball, box jumps, jump rope were some. shite sucked

My least favorite workouts took place outside the weight room.
In baseball and basketball, wall sits sucked.
In football, I hated bear-crawls and sprints sideline-to-sideline.

400m intervals for track. Usually 6-8 with 60 second breaks.
:yak: literally.
