What is the worst "clutch" big-game team in the history of sports?

Some obvious nominees:
Chicago Cubs (no championship in 100+ years, epic chokes in 84 and 03)
Minnesota Vikings (0-4 in Super Bowls, 1998 and 2009 NFC Championships)
Buffalo Bills (lost 4 straight Super Bowls)
Atlanta Braves (14 straight division championships, one World Series title)
Florida State baseball (900 CWS appearances, no titles)
Braves fans will think I'm trolling, but I'm not.

Cubs rarely play in big games...not them.

Eagles have been pretty anti-clutch in the SB era

2-1 in the BCS era. Next question.
You could have said LSU men's and women's basketball and it would probably qualify.

Good one. 0-2 in the Super Bowl and they've lost 7 straight playoff games. Haven't won a playoff game since 1990

Cleveland Indians
ETA: 1997 World Series. 2007 being up 3-1 against Boston and they definitely would have beaten Colorado.

Don't forget the Marlins series after Ogea pitched the game of his life in game 6.

The Braves at least have a World Series title to show for their troubles. I'd go with the 1990-1993 Buffalo Bills. I can't imagine what it was like being a fan of the Bills during that run. So close yet so far for four straight seasons.

It has to be the Bills
I don't know how they had any fans left after losing 4 in a row.

What about West Virginia football? Lost a couple of national title games, then in 2007 all they had to do was beat a 4-7 Pitt team to get into the BCSCG and they couldn't do it.

Maybe the Browns after Paul Brown left. The Mike Davis INT in the 1980 playoffs was inexplicably stupid. And then they choked against 1980s John Elway. Twice in a row.

Mike Martin is 0 for 13
They're 0 for 19 overall
And those weren't "back door" appearances. They were the favorite to win it all MULTIPLE times.

Lakers couldn't break through in the 60s, but they got over that.
Cowboys and Raiders supposedly couldn't win the big one...until they did.
