Came to say this. He could have not scored a single goal in the NHL and still be the points leader

Byron Nelson's 11-tournament win streak. That's right - 11 tournaments IN A ROW.

As good as Tiger was in his prime, he never came close to that, and he was pretty dominant.

Nelsons a legend but consider the competition.

I loved Maravich back in the day but the guy shot the ball an incredible amount of times and still played on teams with losing records.

Wilt averaged 38 points against Bill Russell for his career. Pete played against an almost all white SEC.

Wilt also owns 70 other NBA records. No comparison and certainly not the "single greatist feat in sports"

BUT what competition??? Golf is a game of YOU against the course and the elements... Nobody plays defense against you... What Nelson did was REAL good....

unassisted triple play in the MLB. it's extremely rare, but I still can't wrap my head around how it happens.

Yea but you have to be better than the field against said course. Isnt that harder against a higher level of competition?

He was up against the likes of Snead and Hogan week in and week out. To just beat either one of them 11 straight times would be something, but both? C'mon.

OK... But how many times did HIs team[s] win a title over Russell??????

That's great, BUT.... He was 7'1 playing against mostly 6-5 guys... Think about it... IMO Kobes 81 points in one game is more impressive than Wilts 100.........

No mention of Joey Chesnut's 2013 record of 69 hotdogs in 10 minutes....I'm shocked.

Who is the fastest man from point A to point B is always going to be the answer IMO.

Every other sport is made up and arbitrary and bias depending on sport, competition, etc. The person that runs the fastest is the greatest feat.
