Locked in the Cowgirls at +4(-117) for a half unit. They will have greater motivation for this game and revenge on their minds.

But do they have an OLine?

Prepare your anus.

And what's with this Cowboys and motivation shite? I'm pretty sure that the Giants are going to be just as motivated, if not more. They are the defending Super Bowl champs and are defending their turf. The Giants D-Line is sick and will make Romo their bitch. I also have a feeling that the Cowboy's secondary is still trying to mesh which means that Cruz and Hicks should have a big night. All in all, I wouldn't touch this game with a 10 foot pole.

I passed on this game but:

Romo had a 24:9 TD:INT ration towards the end of last season and has put up ridiculous numbers playing against the Giants in the past.

Lest we forget, the Giants secondary got torched consistently last year and they barely made the playoffs at 9-7. They were a mediocre regular season team and just got hot at the right time.

H. Nicks is also going to be playing hurt, if he plays at all.

I am just going straight from my gut. I am a philosophical bettor when it comes to NFL. The Cowboys NEED this game. They play like a different team with Murray in the backfield. Romo plays well in September. Giants are sketchy when favorites at home. One thing Giants have in their favor is Superbowl champs playing well in season openers. This isn't my favorite game certainly, but I want action tonight and feel good about it.

Is the giants DL at full strength? I have a tough time taking the Boys if so.

Anyone else liking the over tonight? Its currently at 45. I think both teams will score some points, with the Giants secondary dinged up and the Cowboys secondary being, well, the Cowboys secondary. Thats my strongest lean right now, although I'm also thinking about taking the G-men -3.5.

I'm going to find out a bit more about Hicks status before I make a decision on either of these though.

Over is 5-1 in the last 6 meetings.
Over is 8-2-1 in the last 11 meetings in New York.

Food for thought:

"In his past six meetings with Dallas, Manning has thrown for 333 yards per game, with 15 touchdowns. With both Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz healthy, plus a field-stretcher in rookie Rueben Randle, there's no reason Manning can't duplicate his gaudy numbers from last season.

He's 0-5 against the G-Men since 2009, but Romo has torched New York's secondary in his past three full meetings, throwing for 1,002 yards, nine touchdowns and just one interception. A healthy Miles Austin will help Romo in what promises to be a big offensive season in Big D."

Over looks good.

In addition to my straight bets, I may take the same bets and parlay them as well for half a unit.

Made the mistake of doing a 4 teamer last week, won 3 out of four parts. Would have felt better to have at least won straight up on the three I wound up winning in my parlay.
