We need a last place bowl game.

We have so many already, why don't we have a bowl game pitting the two lowest ranked teams against each other?

The Sacko? Could have the 2 worst records and then the 2 worst P5 teams if neither qualifies as one of the worst in FBS. Who wouldn't watch Kansas and UCF battle it out for supreme suckage.
