This is the 1st time this has ever happened during football season. I think its more about the pampered players and The NFL wanting more quality football being on the air. Sotty I am old school.

The mayor of Philly declare a state of emergency. He doesn't want citizens getting stranded or dying in the stands. Huge liability exposure for the league if they didn't move the game. This has nothing to do with on the field action.

I'm amazed at how you are so consistantly awful on here. I mean after a while that takes skill. Maybe next time a game gets cancelled due to a hurricane or flood you should go show those pussies how to be a real fan and go sit in the stands

i live just outside of philly and there's already been a ton of accident...we're expecting 10-15 inches of snow and the jersey shore is supposed to get 20 +...roads are starting to ice over and it really isn't safe out there....call us whatever you want, but you southerners just don't understand winter weater...the south shuts down for the littlest dusting of snow....
with this being said however, the game should still be played...they wanted to move it up to 1 PM, but NBC wouldn't let them because it's their game of the week....
