I'm sorry. If child rapists get their wins reinstated, USCs run was legit in light of Newton, Winston, Gurley, etc etc. it was simple jealousy. What a joke. NCAA are scumbags.

To me, USC still has those titles. Had Bush not gotten those incentives, was anything really going to be different? At all?

Mike Garrett could have at least made a minimal effort to cooperate instead of acting like his program was above the law because they're Hollywood.

Ask Dale Brown how deliberately pissing off NCAA brass worked out for him.

Yes. You think if they take away their best and most explosive player nothing changes?

Auburn still deserved a shot at USC. Even with Bush still playing.

Irrelevant. USC was never proven guilty. Wrong doing was assumed. I'll always love too the AP overlooking LSU as the 2003 NCs. Went against their contract!! Not UScs fault for acknowledging the title presented to them, blame the AP! USC also would have smoked them anyways just like they went 4-0 against the SEC in the 00s. Against a backfield with McFadden, Felix Jones, Matt Jones, and we all know Monk was legit too. And they were absolutely obliterated, auburn and Arkansas both twice. "but those teams weren't good" - lol, okay

LSU beat both of LSU and USC's common opponents by more points.

Also FACT.

It's a joke and everyone knows it. I was fine with it until rapists were rewarded for their actions yesterday. Unbelievable.

I feel like he would've still went to USC. Just my opinion though.

I despise USC but those are legitimate titles. IDGAF about players taking personal benefits and money that isn't allowed by the NCAA. Nothing USC did was illegal, they just paid some of their slaves. Fine by me.

Do people even know what the Reggie bush violations were? An agent paid his parents rent. The agents best interests were for Reggie bush to leave usc for the nfl as soon as possible. Usc didn't pay Reggie bush, nor did they gain any competitive advantage from this. If this was a usc booster paying bush or his family when he was in high school than that would be a completely different story. The agent was acting 100% against usc's best interests.

Removing wins is also was dumb to me. I know it partially symbolic but it's not like they can take away the memory I have of usc raping Oklahoma.

Well depending how you look at it, Carroll has 0, 1 or 2 college national championships and a super bowl ring. The OP is probably of the opinion that Carroll has 2 college national titles.
