I do not know if he faked the injury or not, but it has been bugging him during this tourney, but he has been the best player by far this year and is dominating.

Novak lacks class and that was evident when he beat Fed in the Aussie for the first time.

His parents lack any as well.

This "show" of class is phony.

Glad you know him and his family so well. You should be happy he won 2.3 mil. Maybe he'll buy you a Ferrari.

I hate nadal he's such a grinder he just hits it back every damn time. Djokovic used some gamesmanship so what? More power to him he didn't break any rules. I'd be so pissed if it came out he was doping Lance Armstrong style. I like him though so I'm gonna stick with the gluten-free diet story. Plus his GF was much better than Nadals

Novak has grown on me and I actually like him now, but his parents do suck.

I know by their actions and their words.

Go back to the Aussie and the words, "The King is dead" among other things.

There has been several instances of a lack of class from Joke and his bunch. Joke resorts to impersonating others to help repair damage to his image.

It is what it is from them.

He is blood doping, but not w/ a needle. At least that's what the manufacturer claims his "egg" can do.

Why was Novak serving under 90 mph using his second serve the entire 4th set if his back wasn't hurting??? Seems like he was stiff to me and still dominated Rafa in the 4th using his second serve the entire time. I think Rafa threw the kitchen sink at him in the 3rd and barely won the set and then was out of gas in the 4th. Rafa is a great champion and showed that heart tonight, even though he was outmatched.

Class is overrated. Personality is not. Give me Mcenroe and Agassi over Borg and Sampras all day.

He served with his second serve just to bolster his heinous deception apparently

So you like style over substance.

And believe image is everything.

By the way, Borg and Sampras greater than Mac and Agassi so that shows substance is always greater than style.

all of the haters on DJ obviously never watched Ivan Lendl back in the day. LIke a goddamn machine on the court, no emotion, no nothing. Although he was from Czech., it felt more like a guy from Russia at the end of the Cold War - a total enemy.

Some kind of aggravating to see him beat Americans, Mcenroe, Connors, etc..

What? Lendl was constantly showing emotion, but not like Connors. Lendl's head-bob after every winning point was nauseating.

He also didn't mind staring down others or firing shots at their heads when they were at net.

Lendl was a workout machine, but did not lack emotion as you are so wrong about.

No doubt.

If the draw looks the same next year 1-4, there's a chance we could see the Federer/Nadal final.

But after 2012, the window will probably be closed.

He was great, JUST couldn't get over the top. However he had a much larger pool of GREAT Players he had to compete with.

NO EMOTION was his downfall. The CROWD was NEVER behind him. A VERY IMPORTANT aspect of tennis.

Uhhhhh, you need to check Lendl's long list of accomplishments when he reached world's #1.

Great final. Rafa is an absolute warrior and a great guy off the court. But, for people critizing Nole, Rafa is just as big a douche, bully, and crybaby as anyone else out there on the court. YOU have to play at HIS pace. He has to be the second guy out of the locker room or whatever, you have to deal with the buttpick, headwipe right, nose touch, headwipe left combo before every serve. And he has been the maestro of medical timeouts and bitching about injuries. To his credit, today is the first time I have ever really seen him just get tired.
