This was an awful road trip. Best we played was probably the loss to Golden State. Hope the Clippers keep is in a tie for seventh because it's going to be rough the rest of the way.

No teams in the west get the respect they deserve except the lakers when they are good. The Spurs are on a 19 game win streak and you hardly see it on espn. If it was the heat, Knicks, nets, etc that would be all espn is fricking talking about

The spurs streak is talked about everyday on ESPN..

Normally, I would agree that they don't really talk much about the Spurs but over the past week or so they have mentioned their streak continuously.

Nets have handled the Heat in the regular season, no doubt. They still would most likely get swept in the playoffs. Bulls and Pacers are the only teams that can win more than 1 game against them. And the Bulls only have a slight chance of doing it.

What's your point?

You go from "Spurs, the best, team in the, west Blah blah."

To "Charles said this about Okc 2 years ago..."

To some east coast media bias. Male a point and stand by it. No more of this flip flopping.

BTW, Portland is .500 or better over the last 5 years or so against the Spurs
(let me have my moral victories.)

Hopefully if we get past Houstan we have your number again.
If not, I want the spurs to win it all, though I think Duncan/Gino and pop all retire if they do.

I think we're the only team in the NBA that doesn't have a negative record vs. you guys over that span. I'll see if I can find the stat again...this was the last time we beat you guys though. It might be back down to .500 or below since then.

SA is a completely different animal in the playoffs, as I'm sure you know. It'd be a great series regardless

I could see those three retiring if they win it this year, but something tells me they stick around 1 more year at least.

I know SA has a winning record all time against every other NBA team, but unsure on the window of time you're talking about. Very probably it favors y'all, because y'all have been a burr under our saddle for quite awhile now.

Only other team that's given us problems like that in this run as been Milwaukee. Random

Depending on how the Blazers do vs. the Rockets, the Spurs would likely beat us handily. Our p&r defense would get torn to shreds. Patty went for a career high against us

All-time we're split 76-76 too The Blazers have historically been a consistent playoff team, however there have been many early playoff exits.

And that is not just for this season, that is for as long as the Spurs continue to dominate the Western Conference.
what? you do understand that the lakers have won the western conference more than the spurs have since their run started in 1999 and have a winning record against the spurs in the playoffs in that time span as well right?

We are all time 76-76 against each other.
In the playoffs we are 5-10 against you winning only 1 of our three mettings.

Haha Milwaukee giving you guys trouble is one of the last teams I would have guessed.

Have we really not played each other since the '99 WCF? Damn it's been a minute. That team y'all had was nasty.

No idea why, either We've handled them alright the last couple years, but there was a random 5 or so year stretch in there where we really struggled with them
