Coach dont care that much about a parent

Thus is college. Your son is enough of a man to mouth off at his coach, he’s enough of a man to deal with the consequences

Your son doesn’t want or need you to get involved.

You wouldn’t say that to my face.

Go talk some more about watching Caitlyn Clark

Some of y’all have never had your dad drag you off the field in Little League after you got tossed for throwing a helmet, and it shows.

Martinez got another shot just now against Houston and gave up 3 walks that turned into 3 runs .

I’m guessing he’s going to keep his mouth shut this time

He ultimately will have cost them the game, but Leger was probably more than happy to let him do it

I imagine he’ll get better from this or disappear

I threw a helmet once after hitting a game winning home run. I respected my father and my coaches.

Exactly what words justify a physical attack? So much abuse goes on because of this attitude in which people are afraid to question some loser Coach or other authority figures in sports.

You justify physical violence in every scenario brought up in society involving a certain demographic in the aggressor position. You are just stupid.

If my son did something that was worth a coach doing that. I'm good. That was not the situation

Difference between you and me...if I ever see my son ask his coach, "What the fuq are you doing?" then the coach won't be the one "grabbing" his jersey.

Exactly. If my son ever did that to a coach then that coach better get ahold of him and let him know what's what. Then he's gotta deal with me.

Let coaches be hard on your kids and they'll be way better for it

Never, but at some point you should stop correcting them and let them be an adult

I had coaches in every major sport that seemed to try to kill us with punishments.

I was just told that high school baseball coaches, at some of the best teams in the state, practice plunking hitters and if you avoid the pitch you get benched

I'm not saying I'd send him to his room without supper, or take his phone privileges away. But when he acts like a spoiled arse, I tell him he's acting like a spoiled arse. Sorry if you think that comical. How's that any different than saying, "if a coach puts his hands on my (adult) son, he's gonna have me to deal with?"
