All he fought were one dimensional juice heads, that's it.

It just shows that the best athletes still haven't gravitated to MMA, hopefully that will change soon.
The best athletes aren't HWs.

Yet you just showed that most of those same guys are still at the top of the division today

Who did Fedor beat that is still at the top of the division? Hunt during his 6 fight losing streak or Andre during his 4 fight losing streak?

In MMA they are the worst because everyone over 205 that is an elite athlete plays other sports

Fedor beat Arlovski coming off wins vs Roy Nelson, Rothwell and Werdum

No there are just way more good athletes that are smaller in this world since less than 1% of humans can be my size. People who are larger and are outlier athletes play in the major sports, since you can't teach size, and the major sports still are craving more of them. At smaller sizes there are more people than spots so that's why great athletes than are 5"9 170 can trickle down to MMA

ETA: don't agree? Name the top 5 NBA, NFL and MLB players in the last 20 years and I bet the majority are over 205 pounds.

You can say whatever you want but it was part of a 4 fight losing streak

Fedor is far and away the greatest Mixed Martial Artist ever.

He was at that time, But Jon Jones is now. I think he would beat Fedor in his prime today.

I think a lot of Jones' legacy depends on this next fight. All the bullshite that's surrounded him has tarnished it a bit.

I am not even a Jones fanboy and I belive this. I think he will beat DC decisively again, maybe even finish him this time. If he can beat Werdum, which I do not think will be easy, he will solidify his GOAT status IMO.

Jones would absolutely murder him. Not only would Jones be bigger but he is more technical and a WAY better athlete.

It is hilarious if you actually believe that.

I think it is possible for Jones to get there but right now his resume just isn't on the same level as Fedor's

You really think prime Fedor would beat prime Jon Jones at HW?

Yes. I have zero proof Jones can compete there

I understand it is hard to compare eras because obviously training techniques, nutrition, PED enforcement among other things have changed. And I am saying this as a Fedor fan. I think Jones resume is solid as you can get. He has beaten 6 former or current UFC champs (Shogun, Rampage, Machida, Rashad, Vitor consecutively and DC). His other 4 fights in this 10 fight span include Bader, Sonnen, Gus, and Texiera. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find any fighter with more impressive run.
