Anyone else rooting against UCLA and hopes Lonzo Ball has a bad showing in the tournament? I just don't like the dad and I think the sons seem over hyped to me. I just want a public reality check for them. I hate rooting against college players specifically, but I just can't help it here.

I imagine he is public enemy #1 in college basketball.

I don't want him to get hurt. I want him to fall on his face and get humiliated by another PG

They could lose today, he could suck, and he's still a lock top 5, probably top 3 pick.

I'm not mad at the kids. But his dad is a piece of work who's trying to profit off his son's basketball talents anyway possible. I find that disgusting

the sins of the father do not reflect on the son. Lonzo has been handling his crazy "stage mom" dad the best he possibly could without pissing off or hurting his dad's feelings.

His dad just isn't pc. He's like a real person you know in real life but he doesn't know how to flip a switch and be proper in the spotlight. He doesn't grasp how many people are out there judging him and talking shite about him and wishing the worst for him and his family over his opinions.

Exactly, I don't have any hate specifically directed toward him, except that people think he will be great in the NBA and I don't see that. I'm not rooting for him to get hurt or anything. I guess it's the result of him being the highest profile of the family now, I want a reality check for them.

I like Lonzo's game, but he can't play a lick of defense

Being 6'6 is what makes him so highly sought after in the league. He will kill in pick n' roll situations; along with the fact he can shoot that thang from anywhere helps too.

Will be a very good pro player I believe.

I can foresee some issues in the NBA bc of his shot. If you notice he doesnt shoot when he goes right bc of where his shot comes from.

his shot is pretty textbook at the release point and he has already shown insane range. honestly i wouldnt be worried about much of his offensive game because of his level of basketball IQ and size. i would worry about how he routinely is out of position when it comes to defense but i personally think thats something he'll get better at
