False, obviously. The NFC east sucks and we're getting Romo back. Not saying we'll make the playoffs, but no chance we get the #1 pick. We'll likely be just outside of the range for Goff-Lynch

2 and a half games. Eagles and Skins are 4-5 so two games from 2nd and 3rd.
They are probably too far gone to win the division.
They definitely won't get the 1st pick. They probably finish 7-9 winner finishes 8-8.
