2005 Champions League Final, yes. 1999 Champions League Final, frick no. Manchester United only came back from a 1-0 deficit. They scored two goals in emergency time but they didn't need to score both goals to stay alive. They already had tied the game after the first goal. It would be the equivalent of a team scoring the game-tying TD with 30 seconds to go, kicking it off and having the opposing team fumble the ball on the kickoff return and then kicking the game-winning FG to win the game. It would be considered a surreal finish but not a historical comeback.
