He has a very valid point. Compare the percentage of black players in the league to the percentage of black coaches. It's a joke. Andy Reid is an offensive "genius"? Lovie had Jay Whiny Cutler, Forte, and Marshall as his weapons. Reid had Vick, McCoy, Jackson, and Maclin. I'd argue that Reid had better weapons, yet Chicago had the better offense AND defense. How he could win 10 games and get fired is beyond me. Meanwhile Rex Fat arse Loudmouth Ryan keeps his job? Give me a break.
Theres just so much wrong with this post i dont know where to start

I think Lovie Smith's problem has always been his QBs

No, they aren't, southern white men have the market cornered....use this thread as your evidence.

Who appointed Tony Dungy as the Al Sharpton of the NFL?

Yeah, what does Tony Dungy know about the institutional racism of the NFL and its resulting hiring practices?
Oh, right.
Oh, right.

And? You think the NFL is really not hiring guys because they are black? Really?

Dungy needs to come up with a few candidates he thinks are worthy. Other than Lovie Smith I can't think of one I might pursue. I've never been sold on Tomlin.

Hopefully you're qualified for your job.

Maybe Tony should try to talk more black people into interviewing or pursuing coaching if he hates it so much.
I am saddened by the number of hired white running backs. What's the difference? There is none.

How many black head coaches will make them happy?
I just want to know what the expected representation is
As far as I know there are only 2 left now (Lewis and Tomlin)
But that's 1/16
Not exactly a terrible representation when you consider that blacks are about 15% of the population and 32 is a really small sample size. It's just the way the numbers shake out.

Andy Reid really didn't do anything that Lovie didn't.
They both had 1 superbowl appearance
Now compare the # of NFC championship game appearances

+ Frazier.
Add in Lovie from last yr prior to firing and that's 4.

Leslie Frazier from Minnesota too. That's 3 out of 32, about 9 percent. I just don't understand how this is an issue but white defensive backs aren't.
