Facts and statistics showing that black Americans are equal is racist.

Is there not one white guy in the world that can play CB in college or pros better than the worst CB in college? Not ONE??

Posted this in another thread on this topic but feel it's worth repeating . . . Mike Shula has another high profile NFL job. Make of that what you will

Didn't we have like 5 threads on on NFL black coaches within the last week. You could have posted this crap in another thread. Time to move on

But according to the Dungy rule, they just have to be white.

I could make a parallel post to this, but I don't want to get the banhammer.

How many white running backs or cornerbacks were hired?
Is there a Rooney rule for that?
I know, instead of watching college and pro film of how running backs have played in the past, let's simply sit down with each of them and ask them how good they are and how they intend to run. That should help even things out a bit.

Roughly 12% of the population is Black
There are three black coaches out of 32 HC postions making it roughly 9%.
Roughly 50% of the population is female, and yet, there's no rule helping them get into interviews. It's almost like NFL coaching hires aren't just drawn from the general population, but from a smaller subset of people. I wonder who those people are and how they got to know so much about the NFL.

Lovie >>> Reid he went to Super Bowl with Rex fricking grossman under center

Black lack of qualified offensive assistants in NFL as NFL shifts to more offensive based system they will look on offensive side of ball to find someone to progress that.
It seems a lot of the black candidates that are qualified were passed over because their background is defensive and one high profile black offensive coordinator is in the Super Bowl so off limits.

Percentage of successful black coaches versus the percentage of unsuccessful black coaches is probably similar to the ratio of successful/unsuccessful white coaches.
Someone on here once posted an article about this, and black coaches have had virtually the same success as white coaches in winning percentage and pretty much every other metric.

If Tony wants to come back into coaching I am sure a team will hire him, just as Lovie will get another shot. I believe Art Shell and Romeo are done for and no one gives them another shot sorta like Cam Cameron no one will give him another HC gig

I just don't see why an NFL owner would turn down a coach based on skin color. That business is about winning and winning alone. If the best available coach is a black person, they won't hesitate to hire him.

And one of the greatest defenses of the last 15 years. Your argument is invalid.

He has a very valid point. Compare the percentage of black players in the league to the percentage of black coaches. It's a joke. Andy Reid is an offensive "genius"? Lovie had Jay Whiny Cutler, Forte, and Marshall as his weapons. Reid had Vick, McCoy, Jackson, and Maclin. I'd argue that Reid had better weapons, yet Chicago had the better offense AND defense. How he could win 10 games and get fired is beyond me. Meanwhile Rex Fat arse Loudmouth Ryan keeps his job? Give me a break.
