Can someone explain to me why Tim Tebows baseball career in low Single A has to be publicized more than the actual MLB?

Because it's ESPN, it's what they do. And because of their shittiness in thinking they know what we want, people will now get pissed at tebow although he hasn't even done anything. Same as it's been for 10 years.

I can name one baseball player...Bryce harper. oh and Jason howard but for the wrong reasons.
why do you think playstation put Griffey on the cover of their game? it's hard to market foreign players who don't speak English to a primarily white audience.

since I completely stopped watching sports except for the super bowl over which I had no choice, the only 2 things I've heard about are lavar ball, tim tebow and tom brady's missing jersey.

The other players in Low A aren't celebrities like Tim Tebow is. It's similar to the coverage Tiger gets in golf. He's not even close to the player he once was, but his celebrity status will get him tons of coverage even if he is not even close to contention. It's also rather impressive that Tebow has had moderate success considering his peers have been far more dedicated to baseball over the last decade than he has.
