It's a young dome to be losing it's life.

It is giving its life so that we can have more expensive places to park.

My only visit was the '94 Peach Bowl between MSU and UNC. Remember thinking it was as close to perfect for football as any domed stadium could be.

Can't believe they're tearing the joint down. It still looks pretty damn good on TV.

I can't wait until they announce the new football stadium they're building in 10 years.

I think sometime in August. They want it cleared out before the CFP title game in January.

Thanks.

Seemed like the place just opened the other day. Time flies.

I just can't get over the fact that the new digs look like a giant puckered a-hole.

This reminds me, the Falcons need a rebrand when they move into the new place. Those uniforms they wear now screams 2003.

They should go back to their classic look and leave these ridiculous things in the Dome imo

When did the Hawks play in the dome? I thought they played at Omni/Phillips.

I feel like the circus tent top is what allowed them to move on so quickly.

New stadium looks badass and props to them for not fleeing to the suburbs like the gay arse braves

Hawks played there when Philips was being built. Omni was demo'd summer of 97 and Philips opened in the same location in 99.
