They were fun to watch this season. New Zealand conference was ultra tight this year, three teams in the finals is impressive.

Let's go Sharks...
The whole pride of South African Super Rugby is on their shoulders now.
They seem like they kinda lost form late this season though I think it's gonna come down to the Waratahs and Crusaders I think the Saders are only team that has a chance against the Tahs who look unstoppable.

I agree with you...but I was surprised at how well they played last week.
Anyone but the Crusaders or the Brumbies and I will be happy...
Getting more and more updates on Munster...going to be interesting to see how they do under new management and how Leinster does with their talisman finally retired.

That's true Stomers weren't good this year but winning at Newlands is hard enough and they did so in impressive fashion.
Plus isn't Lambie supposed to be back?

When does the Pro 12 start back up? Next month?

i'm trying to get more into super rugby, all the games i watch seem to be really fun.
i'm looking for a team to pull for.
no spoilers this morning please, but is it down to 4 or 2 teams? Do they play the championship game at a neutral site?

It's down to six teams. The top two on the table don't play this week the bottom four play what they call qualifying matches where the winners go on to play the two highest teams next weekends semifinals. Championship game is played at the highest team left's stadium, no neutral site.
If you're looking to get into super rugby you couldn't ask for a better weekend cause both games were really great high scoring affairs.

Also it's being reported that Toulon have offered Israel Fulool €1.7m to join the club after the Rugby World Cup next year.

New Orleans hosted the USA South 7s championships this past weekend. New Orleans Royale finished 1st, and Atlanta Old White finished 2nd. Both teams advance to the nationals in Seattle.
Here's a highlight video of the Top 10 tries from the weekend as compiled by Gift (a Baton Rouge rugby player who started a rugby news site)

I copied and pasted his name from the planetrugby forum, probably some Kiwi trying to make fun of him lol
But yeah he'd be foolish not to become the highest paid rugby player in the world.
Aussie's named their sqaud:

Semi-Finals this weekend! Sharks @ Crusaders in a rematch of the best match of the season. And an all Aussie affair with the Brumbies @ Waratahs. It's good seeing the Brumbies Henry Speight get the call up to the Wallabies he sure was fun to watch last weekend.

watched Isreal play last year in Dublin...what a smooth machine that day. He just had the space every time...
I will be cheering for the Sharks...but winning again against the Crusaders would be asking too much I think.
And go Waratahs.

That was Christian Laeliafano that got knocked out on the opening kick of the Lions test. He plays center for the Brumbies.

Crusaders @ Waratahs for the Grand Final. Should be a good one. If anybody can match up against the Waratahs it's the Crusaders but the Waratahs will be hard to beat playing their first final in Sydney.
