AA get off your arse and get us a pitcher and re-sign Ozuna.

We should be in the World Series. If that is not reason enough to go all out for a ring next season, then you're not fit for this job.

Seriously. Re-sign Ozuna and sign an ace and we are most likely WS favorites. Sure would’ve been nice if we could’ve pitched some starting pitchers in relief tonight.

I hate Anthopoulos. He is scared to make a go for it kind of trade that this franchise so desperately needs. He's great with the short offseason signings but he absolutely refuses to make long term upgrades. We've just seen Ozuna's last game in a Braves uniform.

As much as that fricking sucked the fact that we were 2 runs away from the World Series without Soroka gives me hope for next season. Now let's resign Ozuna and try to get sign Bauer

Resign Ozuna
Sign a proven starter or 2
Get markakis, Tomlin, Luke Jackson, and camargo as far away from Atlanta as possible
Heal Soroka so he’s ready day 1
Fix Acuna and Riley’s long arse slump tendencies

Look... credit where credit is due, this team was up 3-1 in the NLCS, but it's still inexcusable that our rotation was as green as it was where we are needing Bryse Wilson and Kyle Wright to throw the game of their lives just to stay alive.

That's squarely on AA.

I have no idea why you guys think we resign Ozuna. Maybe with covid there isn't a market for him... I doubt it though. Big market teams still got their tv money.

We are probably looking at another short term deal.

Maybe Bauer will truly take a 1 year deal like at 30m

Anyone want to set the odds as to when it's announced he's getting surgery on that wrist?

If they don’t re-sign Ozuna then I hope the franchise goes bankrupt and Truist Park falls into a sinkhole.

On one hand, you didn't expect to be there, you made real progress and you beat the odds (2 starters both of whom are green as hell).

On the other hand, we legitimately could have won the World Series despite all that.

Just went through something similar with Auburn in the Final Four.

Even if we go out and get the starting pitching and sign Ozuna, I’m worried about our bats.

Acuña (good)
Freddie (good)
Ozuna (good)
d’Arnaud (no way he doesn’t drop off)
Albies (good)
Dansby (who knows?)
Riley (Needs to be more consistent)
Duvall (Needs to be more consistent)/ Waters
Pache (Who knows?)

If we sign Ozuna we will have 4 top 30 hitters in the NL most likely, but we still have 5 batters that can be black holes like they were this series.

Pache shows a lot of promise. I don't know if it's the lack of scouting report, but he had some great ABs this postseason

Braves just went to game 7 against the World Series favorites. Haven’t been to the NLCS in 19 years. Huh?

Yeah if there is a silver lining for me it's probably that guys like Pache, Fried and Anderson have meaningful experience at a very young age in high-stakes postseason games

Pache impressed me at the plate. He was refreshing to watch after Riley and Nick.
