Not saying that Warner and David don't belong in the HoF. But the fact they went over TO is complete horseshite
I'll say it, they should not have gotten in the HOF. While both are good even great players, they are many other players with better career stats.

Neither Davis or Warner belong in.

He should have been first ballot.

TO not making it in may be excusable, but not making the top 10 simply absurd

Coming back to play from that broken ankle never gets talked about it's him calling out McNabb for being ignorant.
TO had the right message just wrong way to go about it. Writers will kill him for it also.

It's easy to figure out how Warner got in. He's on Gameday Morning every week and I swear Eisen and the boys lobby for him to get in every single episode for the last 2-3 years

Terrell should have acted like a grown man while in the NFL. I enjoy them making him wait.
They shouldn't be voting if they can't do their job.

Yeah makes me wonder if Moss' transgressions will be treated any differently than TO's now that Moss is in the football media.

Fans still remember his stomping on the star. He'll never be forgiven for that.

This snub might be worse than Barry Bonds and Roger Clemens. At least the baseball writers can make up the excuse about PEDs and how Bonds and Clemens were indicted for it. They've also been pretty diligent about not voting players in who were connected to PEDs before Pudge got in this year. There's no plausible explanation for why TO has to wait at least three years to get into the Hall of Fame. None.

Fans don't matter in this process

Maybe in Dallas but most other fans probably find it hilarious now.

Hate to be a system guy but sometimes the facts reveal true greatness vs. team system greatness.
The only Denver running back that held a torch to Terrell Davis was Clinton Portis during the Mike Shanahan era.

Idiot.
Had 122 yards in the super bowl.
And his catch in the playoffs against the Packers is one of the best non super bowl catches ever.

Don't know what you are laughing at. Clinton Portis stepped in and averaged back to back 5.5 yards a carry seasons. Never even had a season higher than 4.3 after he left.

Mike Andersen had that 1400 yd 15 TD season, I remember because half of it was against the Saints. Gary was a random arse back who had a very good season the year before that.

When Owens finally gets in do you think he'll get petty with the Hall of Fame voters during his speech?

He was a stat collector that never won anything and never dominated the game or his position. His play never accomplished anything and he tore his teams apart. Everybody point to the Super Bowl he played in, but forgets he didn't get them there. He missed the last two games and all of the playoffs, until the Super Bowl..
Here is what Whitlock said about him.. LINK ..

1999- Olandis Gary takes over after Davis injures his knee in week 5. Rushes for 1159 yards, 4.2 avg, and 7 TDs.
2000-Mike Anderson rushes for 1487 yards and wins NFL ROY.
2004-Reuben Droughns rushes for 1240 yards
2006 Tatum Bell rushes for 1025
I think the system might have had a little to do with it.
