Dwight
Harden
Westbrook
Melo
George
Parker
Deron
and others

Its quicker to just name guys who I think can win those are Paul, Rondo, Lillard, Durant, Blake and Love IMO

Wade isn't in his prime BTW

Basically no player over the age of 25 will win a MVP as long as Lebron is healthy. A healthy Lebron has the MVP on lock for the next 3-4 years.

Paul won it in 2008 but the NBA decided to give Kobe Bryant a lifetime achievement award instead.

That's no longer the case. See Barry Bonds winning seven MVPs in baseball and Peyton Manning winning four MVPs in football.

Kobe should be on that list. CP3 deserved it the year Kobe won it.

Do they have to be on the same level of these players to qualify? I'm sure someone like Lance Thomas is in his prime (meaning he probably won't ever get any better), but will never win MVP.

I could see a scenario where there Clips have the best record in the league and a prime (27-28) Blake Griffen has a career year (25-12-4-2-2-70%FT) with Paul riding shotgun at that point combined with voter fatigue of James/Durant.

I mean if Derrick Rose can steal one, so can Blake.
