College football needs to go back to the old clock rules.

MLB needs to make the infield fly rule strictly for the infield. Braves fans will understand.

NHL needs to get rid of the trapezoid rule.

I'd like to see CFB go to 2 feet in for a catch like the NFL.

A ground rule double should clear the bases.

Almost all of mine would be changes to baseball. DH can gtfo. Drastically reduce the active roster size. Once an at bat has begun, a pitching change puts the batter on base. I could go on and on.

In basketball I would pull the three point line in and change the scoring to 4s and 3s. That really needs to be done.

Get rid of automatic first downs in football. Seriously who the hell made that rule? It’s nonsensical.

Revert everything Nascar, both on the track and off, back to how it was done 25 years ago.

Agree on NHL trapezoid rule

Not sure if this is what you mean by rule but NFL 16 games/12 playoff teams was perfect go back to that. Same with March Madness just 64 drop the play in.

I actually like the play in for the NBA and would add that to the NHL.

Get rid of holding in football. It’s the most convenient penalty on both sides of the ball. It’s not called consistently. Get rid of it. Come up with something that makes sense, has clear guidelines, and can be called consistently.

Or you could just not fumble. It's a great strategic rule.

Also, college is better with new rules. Love cfb but games were getting stupid long.

The fact the NFL allows ties is straight up Un-American. I don’t care how long it takes. There should always be a winner and a loser in American Football.

Remove 8 minutes worth of commercials with the old clock rules and you get the same result.

5 and 15 yard face mask penalties should come back. Defensive holding shouldn’t be an automatic first down…what other 5 yard penalty is an auto first?

That you can arbitrarily move the ball to the front court at the end of an NBA game, artificially creates excitement.

The really stupid part is that if ties are ok, why have overtime at all? It seems kind of lazy to have one OT and just be like “alright frick it we tried”.

Targeting in college football is so 2012

If it’s egregious just call a pf and eject the guy

College football needs to go back to their old OT rules. The one play from the 2 point line is stupid

They should enforce spearing and not conflate it with targeting. Like ole boy from MSU on Jayden. That was spearing, which is dangerous and has been against the rules since forever, but not targeting.
