Any place in Vegas/ legal online place where you can bet on individual college players.

I know that you can bet on the heisman.

But can you bet on things such as the best punter in the SEC, or who will be an All American, etc.

I don't think you'll find prop bets that specific on individual players unless it's for a big game.

Got a sneaky bet in mind if it plays out. Could probably get realy good odds.

Went to high school with a guy who just signed with LSU. Hell of an athlete, but hiden talent of punting as well. Probably wont punt as he was a WR but If He still has it and Les finds out then he could definatly be the starter there, as last year it seemed that our punting game was lacking.
Dude punted 50-60 yards every time it seemed. If i remember right his average was 55 yards. Kicked the hell out of it. I dont think that he liked punting very much tho.

Also played professional baseball out of high school. Excelled at every sport.

Yeah, that's a little too specific. Even if "Best punter in the SEC" was offered, that guy wouldn't be available as an option.

If you bump this next weekend Ill check. I live in Vegas, never really noticed any wagers for individiual players, but never really looked either.

ceaser's palace has a category for best punter in SEC that is actually a WR and played baseball. I saw it last time I was in Vegas.

Yea. Not listed as a punter, but if somehow you could get him as an option then the odds would be crazy as he is not even a punter.

But then you are betting against crazy Les Miles even if his talent were discovered.

Hoping that he will be a difference maker at WR in a few years. I assume that is what he will be playing.

Best shot you may have is to find where you can maybe bet on all sec or sec ST poy and bet the field, maybe?

But then you are betting not only does he play, but he is best in the conference or nation.

Which would be crazy odds i would think if you could get a place in vegas to take the bet.

Possibly something like 5000 to 10000 to 1

If his talent were ever discovered i would consider the odds of it actually happening to be alot closer to 1-100. But in all honesty he probably never will punt.

But if he does and he ends up being as good at it as i have seen him before, then thats a ton of money with a 100$ or so bet.

Eta.
I dont know how good he would be at placement at short punting situations either. But he always just kicked the hell out of it when we were on our side of the 50.

Did u seriously ask if you could bet on "best punter in the sec"?

That's way too specific. The only player specific prop bets that exist are for the heisman or as previously mentioned for big games.

I've never even seen a prop bet for all American teams, let alone a best punter in the conference

A friend and I once tossed around the idea of starting a type of sportsbook that would allow users to create their own bets that could be accepted by other users, but it never materialized. Something like that would have been your best shot, if you could find a taker.

I heard a long time ago that the palms book in Vegas will let u propose a bet. Not sure if even true but if so I'm guessing they kill you on the juice.

There used to be a website called wsex where u could sell your bets (but not make your own)

The op would have to find a local who is willing to do this, it's not happening in Vegas unless that rumor about palms is true

Interesting. I'll try to find out. The Palms sportsbook is operated by Cantor Gaming, and they are pretty innovative, so it could be true.

It would more than likely be something that i would have to propose myself.

But not sure if there is even a place like that out there. (Unless the palms does do this)

Would have to bet on first team All SEC punter or something like that. Which would likely be the best punter in the SEC to win (granted the best man wins).

Since he is not even listed as a punter the odds would be pretty good if i were able to select him as the choice.

"Best" is too vague. That's why you don't see a bet like "best QB in the NFL 2016". Outcome has to be clear and concrete like who wins MVP or Super Bowl winners.

All sec. If they even have one for punting. Not sure.

Several years ago they would let you set a fantasy football team against a team they put together and then they'd set odds based on the squad you picked. You'd then have the chance to take your squad or their squad. They got crushed on it though so they stopped doing it.

And Cantor Gaming had to rebrand as CG Technology after a big scandal and aren't nearly as innovative as they were. You do get true odds on parlays though.
