I'm excited for the cold weathered super bowl. Sounds like a bunch of 7 on 7 pass happy teams are upset that it doesn't fit to their scheme.

I love playoff games in snow/wind/cold temps. I was at the Cincy/San Diego game in 1982. Real football conditions as the game was intended.

You probably hate the forward pass and pads.

And when all these corporate fat cats' trophy wives and mistresses bitch about three or four days in frigid NYC instead of San Diego or South Beach, that will be the last outdoor northern Super Bowl.

Yeah, because no one, and I do mean no one, likes to come to NYC.

why does no one mind AFC/NFC Championship games in the elements, but the super bowl has to be pristine?

It's going to be great when the Saints play the Colts in it.

The AFC championship is going through Denver or New England. That's pretty cold from what I hear

The fog game with the Bears, I think, was one of the best weather games I've never seen.

I'm gonna be disapointed if the weather is not epic for the Super Bowl.

and Manning

Last time I checked, it gets cold in Denver. Therefore, Manning will not be playing in a Super Bowl.

Let all the corporate fat cats freeze their asses off. With any luck, it will be 35 degrees, windy, and raining.

Wind and snow is awesome on TV. But there's a reason I don't live in Baltimore anymore, and one of them is the playoff game against the Broncos on the first Super Bowl run. I froze my balls off. And that was nothing compared to how cold it can get.
