No way. I may be in the minority but I long for the days of having the 1969-1993 setup of just 4 divisions (2 per league) with the 2 LCSs and World Series again. The NHL went back to the 4 division setup and it's been massively successful.

The only downside I see to making the wildcard a best of 3 is the time off for division winners. If the series went 3 games, I'm guessing the division winner would get close to a week off. In a sport that plays every day I think that's significant. Lot of rust can build up.
