It's never gonna happen, is it?

I don't understand it. All I read is how terrible Hoyer is but Mallett can't get the start? really? They say his big problem is staring down receivers. I always thought he had the flare that would make him confident enough not to do that... He's gotta know a huge chunk of that guys playbook by now. Remember on play-action when he used to tuck the ball behind his back like he was hiding it? He had moxy if not brains. I wanna see him get a season so bad! Especially with a team that is pretty loaded like Houston.

Getting beat by Brian Hoyer, smh. Any Hogs or Texans got any thoughts?

I hope so. He seems like a bit of an idiot but it's hard not to like the guy. He's no Jameis Winston. And he can chunk a football...

Isn't he pretty lacking in intelligence?

You're right Jameis is actually starting.

He doesn't seem like the sharpest tool in the shed. I wonder if he's having trouble reading defenses since that is one of the things Obrien pointed out to the QB coach.

yea, but Jameis Winston would still be shitting his pants if Florida State didn't wipe for him. Ask RGIII what it's like to be a complete fool in the NFL.

Can't quite figure why but I'm pulling for the guy. When he became a Texan I just knew that his time had come. I'm a bit confused as to why he can't crack a starting line up?

I don't get it either. From what little I've read the Texan fan base has given up on him already also. He's having trouble with short throw accuracy maybe too, I guess. But I don't get that either. When he was at Arkansas he would talk about check-downs like they were his best friend. I guess that's kiiind of different than a slant route...

What don't you get? If your confused about RGIII his attitude is sinking his career as we speak. His career in Washington, anyways.

If Belichick couldn't turn him into a legit NFL QB, I don't see it happening

Casual cocaine usage!

And to Tigertown in ATL I didn't follow any of those guys past college so I don't know much about it. It seems like Mallett has a golden opportunity here and the coach seems to like him. I guess if it's not gonna click it's just not gonna click. He made that 7 mil for his casual cocaine usage though.

They both have big mouths and don't know when to shut up.

Because there is not much to follow. That's the point. There are so many guys who don't make the transition to the NFL despite being excellent college QBs.
