The RW hate on here is unbelievable. Anyone care to look up his playoff stats too? The guy is worth every penny.

Good

I think they are looking to the post BeastMode Future, and think Russell is it.

Got Jimmy (receiver not a blocker) paid Wilson

Personally i think one of their biggest advantages was a ton of later round gems on lower salary contracts.

Paying a top thirds QB under a million dollars will help any team.

The point is his stats are a result of the system he plays in and the talent around him. Not his talent level.

Yes, the Seahawks have been loaded up with weapons in the passing game for him.

The WRs have been a bunch of undrafted guys and he has one of the worst OLs in the NFL. His passing and running stats are wayyy more a result of his playmaking ability. He's running for his life pretty much every time he drops back to pass.

He did throw 21 TDs to Wilson's 20. He also threw 5 more INTs and ran for 92 yards and 0 TDs to Wilson's 849 and 6 TDs

Let ne say it again, A rookie ON THE RAIDERS threw more touchdowns.

accurate. If you dont think a qb that doesnt even get 30 total tds is worth that much money, you're the dumb arse and I dont want your low IQ running my team.

You drop this gem of a sentence and call me a dumbass?

Sorry, the dumb part of this was me texting and driving, no time for grammar or punctuation.

Big Ben has passed for 30 TDs twice in his career. Brady didn't pass for 30 TDs until 8 years into his career.

The bottom line is he isnt worth nearly what he's getting paid, period. Take his penis out of your mouth/arse and think for a second. And by the way Corky, you're the first one on here to use the word "dumbass". Now pull yourself away from masturbating to Russell Wilson highlights on youtube. By the way, Big Ben wasnt that great at the beginning of his career either. Just had a great team around him that made him look better than he actually was, just like Wilson.

Let me help you understand why you have to pay top, young QBs. List your top 5 QBs that you would want for the remainder of their careers.

In my opinion, Luck is the only "Once in a generation" level qb in the NFL right now under 30 years old. For what its worth, I think Flacco is highly overpaid also, and definitely Kaepernick. Russell Wilson is definitely a top 5 qb of the new generation, but to me that mostly speaks about the weakness of the recent qbs coming into the league.

RW walked into a perfect system for his skill set.

Had he been drafted by Cleveland or Oakland, he might just be fighting for a roster spot right now.
