Thanks. I'm a raider myself but I don't think Jay Roth will ever take this team to and/or win the state championship. He's a good solid coach that'll always put out a good product but gets out coached against coaches with equal talent.

he is the most successful coach the raiders have ever had..... and it's not even close.

Yes he is, that still isn't saying much. He's a great year in year out regular season coach.

I don't know the history, but if Rummel wins alot of Catholic league titles under Roth, then he is beating teams with equal talent. When he loses to teams like Hahnville or Destrehan, then he is not losing to teams with equal talent.

He's winning a lot now since half the teams are gone.

Rummel's defense is really really good

I was told by a friend that is a big Rummel fan that when they scrimmaged Hahnville they could not stop Blue and Ensminger.

Don't look for the Raiders to win it all.

True to form, LSU's offense is bad. This is a recurring theme for as long as Miles & Crowton have been running the offense. They are constantly confused, always late getting to the line of scrimmage, and make way too many stupid penalities. After watching LSU for years, I have to say it isn't the kids, it has to be the coaching since the kids change, but the problems persist over the years.

Fixed.

its a much different team then the one that scrimmaged

the D has allowed like 4 TDs in 5 or 6 games

5A seems down this year too me. Could they possibly win it all? maybe

its unlikely, because its a very hard thing to do

So if BM would have beaten Rummel last week, are we talking about BM winning it all? No.
Rummel doesn't have any big-time talent.

might be different Lester, but they wouldn't stop them now. And I don't think Hahnville has what it takes to win it all either.

Lance Lassiter? or the other one?

BM isn't a title contender, and Rummel squeaked out a win..I'll be suprised if Rummel wins more than a few games at state.
