I'm not good at tennis. But i bet you there are several high school boys in Baton Rouge that could beat her.
There's a reason there are weight classes in fighting. You don't see height classes for basketball or WR's, or weight classes for football players.
MMA is a sport where physical strength is more important than any other and can play a pivotal role in who wins, despite who is the better technician.
The gap in strength between myself and Rousey is vast. No amount of technique from her could stop me from beating her arse.
The strength difference in just our hands alone is the main reason i would win. She cant grab me. Her hands are too small and too weak for my size and strength. On the other hand, i could grab just about any part of her body and sling her around like a rag doll.
Me fighting her is like when Hulk Hogan, I mean Thunderlips, fought Rocky, but in real life Hogan would have killed Rocky.

Respectfully disagree. She would destroy you. Your elbow would likely be pointing the wrong way before you knew what happened.

I think most here are joking.
However I don't think it would take a guy close in skill level to beat her. A much stronger guy with rudimentary wrestling skills trained in MMA for a few months could beat her.

I can buy this but your average MSBer that has not played any competitive sport since high school, drinks 12 beers on the course and has zero wrestling experience is likely to get schooled.

Most fighters will tell you that a heavier opponent is easier to beat because they can use their weight against them.
A big tough guy would likely come in flailing as meatheads tend to do and it would be over quickly.

You said you would beat her because you were so much bigger than her and then compared Thunderlips to Rocky. You would be a lot bigger than Mayweather as well, so by your logic you would destroy him.

Probably any male professional fighter or most male athletes given basic fighting training could beat her. She would whoop the frick out of me or probably any average man though.
Eta: I actually had a similar argument with a group of friends a couple weeks ago. The scenario was Mayweather vs Roussey. I was the only one who took the position that female athletes just can't match up with male athletes. They weren't hearing it.
