Yea, some of the high end restaurants in the Landry's group are legit.
As for the Rocket's Rowdys, they were great the first couple years when it was just some regular joe's that had fun all game. Now with their stupid props and marching around the Toyota center before the game it's become an obnoxious joke.

Many of them are specific to Galveston, Kemah, Houston, and his casino properties. Grotto is good. Vic and Anthony's is good. Morton's is pretty damn good.
Most of them are crap though.

Just saw on the tweeter that he spent 71% of his net worth to to buy the Rockets. That's a ballsy play with all the network contracts going on. I don't think he necessarily paid way to much, but leveraging that much of your money is a pretty risky play imo.
