Spurs are only 3 games back in loss column from GS. We will see how they play without Durant, but I wouldn't be surprised if Spurs are able to jump them. Spurs turn it on this time every year.

Touche.

I didn't quote the next statement he made about the Warriors, so that's my fault.

"Hang with" implies volume not efficiency. They could shoot 100%. But if they only make a few per game, they can't hang.

Made 3s Per game.

CC 14.7 (1)
SAS 9 (20th)

That's a lot of points to make up.

Also, GS and SAS are #1 and #2 in 3pt % defense this season, and they were also #1 and #2 last season.

the net rating difference between HOU and OKC Is more than the difference between OKC and Philly. Ie not even close.

If you just gotta harp on James having better teammates (which FYI is historically a positive not a negative when it comes to MVP) they sure arent better enough for OKC to be closer to the lowly 76ers than Houston.

Cavs in no way in hell can defend Rockets three point shooters. Hell, last night the Celtics were bombing away themselves ruthlessly.

Yea because playoff defensive game plans and effort are the same as a regular season midweek game.

I seriously hope you dont think the rockets are better than the cavs in a 7 game series.

Cavs biggest issue is they coast every freaking game until they realize they're down and try to play catch up. You see it all the time, it's maddening.

Good and exciting team but like the 7 seconds or less Suns, there defensive deficiencies will do them in when the game slows in the playoffs.

No team featuring Harden, Anderson and Gordon is going to lock it down on D when it matters even with Beverly and Ariza.

Harden and Gordon have both shown the ability to lock down on defense when the game slows down. Anderson scares me some, I will admit. With a tough game on the line, when Harden is focused, he is usually coming up with clutch steals and blocks, even if the narrative doesn't want to admit that.

Houston is top 5 defense in clutch situations FYI so the stops are clearly there when they need them. Pace doesn't really slow down in he playoffs FYI that may have been the case in the past. not in today's NBA.
