Everything is so flat. And now he’s rubbing off on Lugo

Cabo is hitting Cespedas has a couple of big home runs, the starters (outside of Porcello) have been good but the bullpen.... Geesh out of players who've pitched an inning Lugo and Smith are the only two with an era under 4 and Smith hasn't allowed a run yet

Familia was good the other night.

Big problem is clutch hitting and bullpen.

We should have swept Boston but Conforto came up in two big spots and K’d. Alonso hasn’t found it yet. Ramos isn’t hitting like last year at all. Nimmo has been really good though.

At least last year doesn't look like a fluke for JD Davis

I’m really waiting on McNeil to get going. I think playing out of position is killing him right now. I just keep remembering uncle Steve will save us next season

Stroman plans to pitch through a torn calf muscle, which sounds like a recipe for disaster knowing he will be a FA.

BVW is so bad. Trading for Stroman made no sense. Ride out last year with any 5th guy and re-sign Wheeler. Instead you trade one of your best arms in the system for a ground ball pitcher and pair him with one of the worst defensive teams in the league.

Let’s not forget Díaz and Cano for Kelenic.

Or trading another of our top arms for Marisnick when you could have just re-signed Lagares for nothing. Neither of them can hit anyway

Well if Diaz had performed last year and this it probably wouldn't be bad, especially since Cabo is hitting so far and looks like his old self.

Still don't know if Kelenic will hit in the majors yet, so it may not look horrible by the end

Good. Another year of the Yankees and Dodgers ridiculous payrolls ending in yet another year of being unable to buy a championship is always a good thing. The league is setup specifically for these clownshoe orgs to win it every year and they still can't get it done.
