I don't believe any of them actually. I live in Lafayette and frequent alot of places these people talk about and I have never seen anything like this take place. This includes ULL's campus.

NW LA has MANY cowboy fans. SW LA had a lot of Oiler fans, not so sure the Texas thing caught on.

Specifically, I caught shite for being a Cowboys and Spurs fan during my time in Baton Rouge...and when I would tell people I grew up in Texas, the response was some "go back to TX" bullshite.
I had no animosity toward the Saints. Hell, I've been to more Saints games than Cowboys games, and I went to see the Hornets on ocassion...so I don't get where it comes from.

Louisiana residents should jump aboard and support the team...so long as they can admit they are on the bandwagon. But the Red Sox shite sickens me. Why the hell are people in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, LA, jumping aboard when they have their own damn teams. At least the Saints are local.

shite, I like Carolina, LSU, Celtics, and I have liked at least 4 different NFL teams since I was a kid. I have never felt a sense of loyalty to the Hornets or the Saints for that matter. I was born and raised in LA.

i lived in Laffy back when the USL/LSU baseball rivalry was thick (ten years ago). Most said something derogatory and some were just plain a-holes. I've only been out in Laffy recently w/the ex and she explicitly told me not to wear any LSU gear. I've heard the same stories from my brother (LSU fan) who lives there. My current boss is a USL grad and he always got the inferiority complex. The LSU hate is real.

Either all of you are huge gaping vaginas or maybe just compulsive liars. I'm friends with a couple of people who hate LSU and they never openly attack anyone.
