Parkview has won 2 of last 4 state championships, been in dome 3 of last 4 years. Dominate year in and year out, and are without a doubt the flagship school of Baton Rouge. Model of consistency and of doing more with less, they are the epitome of what hard work and great coaching can do. Anyone that thinks Parkview is less than elite you are either a joke of a football fan or simply jealous. Enough said.

When Catholic High can lose 4 years in a row to Central the coach should have been fired a couple years ago. I can't believe they have let it get this bad.

It's definitely past time for Weiner to be relieved of his duties. You can only pass to the flats and run up the middle so many times...
Time for someone to nut up and get his arse out there. Hell, let him teach PE or something, but losing this bad to a 1-4 team is unacceptable.

I mean, I guess "less than" is a comparison, but I seriously doubt it is near Episcopal's.

Yeah... I can pretty much guarantee the average ACT at Parkview is not a 28. Baton Rouge High's average ACT score last year was a 25, Catholic's was somewhere between 24-26, Episcopal was probably the same.
Parkview is more than likely in the 22ish range.

I remember I did some speed and strength camp in middle school at Parkview. One of the dickbag football assistants there asked us where me and my friends were going to go to high school and we all said Catholic. He shook his head and said "You'll never win a state championship at Catholic." Even as a 12 year old, I remember thinking about how much that school must suck. One of their coaches was sitting there telling a group of 6th graders they were making a wrong choice about high school based on not winning 3A state championships in Louisiana high school football/baseball.

Pretty sad day when Catholic high pumpers have to start bringing up academics to cover up the fact that they just got their asses handed to them by a 3a school.
