Here's Peyton Manning's playoff game log. Could you please point out the game in question?

I fricked up on the 3 tds. But he has multiple games of throwing for over 300 yards with passing tds and 0 int. None withe 3tds though. My bad

And Brady did it with an oc who still thinks he made the right decision drafting Tebow in the first round.

Mannings played 3 more seasons, I'd expect him to have more yards and TDs.

Manning's Per Season stats:
532 attempts (65.5 completion%)
4099 yards
7.7 Y/A
31.17 TDs (5.9%)
13.76 INTs (2.6%)
97.5 Rating

Brady's Per Season stats:
478 attempts (63.5 completion%)
3550 yards
7.4 Y/A
26.13 TDs (5.5%)
9.53 (2.0%)
95.9

The only statistical category that Brady is better than Manning is INT and INT%. Even with the missed year between them both, chances are Brady won't ever catch Manning in yards and TD. He probably won't catch him in passer rating either.

And since you're the one who kept bringing up playoff rating...Brady's is now higher.

Here's the thing. Manning played basically the same Seahakws D on a neutral field last year.

Manning has only had 1 playoff game where he passed for over 300 yards with 0 INTs and still lost. In that game, he only passed for 1 TD.

My top 5 is Manning, Brady,Montana, Elway,&Marino.
In no order. You could probabaly justify any of those being the GOAT.i just refuse to rank a qb ahead of a another qb just because his TEAM won the superbowl. Now if the career stats are close i dont mind it being a tie breaker.

Completely agree, and I think Aaron Rodgers will be up there soon enough.

I group them all together, none above any other. And I certainly don't let a team accomplishment dictate who I think is better.

And Manning will DAMMMMMMNNNNNNNNNNNNNN sure never catch Brady in World Championship rings.

ETA: Out of basic curiosity, what is the head to head record between the two?

Thats not the same def. Tharold Simon was staring at cb most of the game and gave most of the tds.
And then their dline isnt nearly the same.

Manning has also had better players to throw the ball to. Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark, etc. And then you have the pro bowlers he was throwing to last year and this year.

do we go by stats or by championships?

I fricking give up already.

Manning won a SB over Rex Grossman and then got picked off by a 2nd year corner to the house in the next one.

Brady lost to Eli Manning head-to-head twice in a SB?

what does it all mean?

probably jack shite.

Yep. Also had Moon not wasted 5 years in the CFL he would be top 5 in alot of passing stats. I dont consider him top 5 but i always liked him and wouldve liked to have seen what his #'s wouldve looked like had he went straight to the nfl.

Jerry Rice, John Taylor, Roger Craig, and others didn't hurt. But he and Brady are my two picks.

The Seattle Seahawks were actually better this year, statistically, on defense then they were last year.

They gave up an average of 273 yards in 2013. Just 267 yards on average in 2014.
