Thoughts on Cincy -3.5 on Thursday against Pitt? Pitt lost to Youngstown State. It's Cincys first game though.

I don't think I've ever bet against LSU, but wow.

Before the game, head coach Paul Chryst suspended six players for disciplinary reasons - Rushel Shell, Ronald Jones, Tyrone Ezell, Shayne Hale, Anthony Gonzalez, and Chris Davis all sat out. The suspensions hurt the team, no doubt, but they weren't the difference. The biggest loss was probably Ezell, who was slated to start. Shell's loss was minimal because Ray Graham played and it's hard to argue that things would have been different if Pitt had those six players.

Doesn't sound the players were huge assets.

Not jumping on it but something to watch. I bet that line moves up as the week goes.

Bama up to (-40) now. I'm guessing it's going to keep growing. May take WK if it goes much higher.

Should be way more active in these threads, just haven't had the time to post much as of late. Haven't looked at the lines but if Nebraska is -5 @ UCLA, i'm all over it. Only placed one bet this weekend and damn glad to start off on the right foot. From everything I'd read up til' the game, it sounded like the Miami-BC game was a coin flip. Really liked the Canes as +1 dogs simply because they just had more talent.

Was really wanting to jump on Florida -27 against BG. Glad I let that one slide. They are absolutely awful and I'll be looking to fade them throughout the year

I'm feeling the same way. WKU actually has a decent squad for Sun-Belt standards.

Ucla's offense put up some big numbers against Rice. Didn't see the game, is Rice just that bad?

Rice was 111th last year in Total Defense, just to give you a frame of reference.

They're pretty bad.
