And what I'm saying is no slight in the least against him. The point I was trying to make is that if Keelon Lawson would bring his sons if he was offered the director of operations position, I'd help Houston pack his bags tonight. ...

 I attribute our recruiting class to Pettway, Pelphrey, Simon, and Johnson. Sorry, but I doubt Houston provided any help. ...

re: Alabama Basketball Offseason News & Recruiting: AAU Summer Leagues Tipoff - Bryant91092
I don't think he gives us help into any recruit. I think his value is from being smart and statistical type analysis. If I was head coach, I'd want my ops guy to be someone that really helps once you get a recruit on campus. I just don't see Houston ever providing that value. ...

re: Alabama Basketball Offseason News & Recruiting: AAU Summer Leagues Tipoff - Bryant91092
I'd give Houston the boot and let Lawson be the director of Ops if that was good enough to land them. I would not force out one of our current assistants to get them, though. ...

I'm surprised by that but I can't blame him. If he's not going to hit shots, he really doesn't provide all that much on the court. Hopefully we are in the market for solid grad transfer additions. ...

re: tOfficial Alabama Basketball Season Thread | 19-15 (10-8) | #BuckleUp - Bryant91092
Justin Coleman's uncle who posts on bamamag said in a thread there that Austin and King would be the guys that transfer this offseason. I kinda hope King doesn't. I'd actually like to see what he was capable of, though he looked bad in most of his time on the court. ...

That was a joke. We just got worked. A few good SEC tourney games aside, we imploded down the stretch for the second straight year. Avery better produce next year ...

I can't see Davis leaving because I doubt he'd want to sit out a year before playing his final year. Besides Austin, the only thing I could see leaving would be King if he graduates and can play immediately elsewhere. ...
