you twisted it it to be "who led their team to the playoffs" when you were getting your arse served
I think we can all agree that PER is not the end-all be-all stat that can be used to rank players. Other things that don't show up in the stat sheet like leadership and making plays when the game matters don't show up in PER. Fact is if Davis made the amount of plays when the game really mattered that his PER indicates, the team wouldn't have been so pitiful.

it doesn't but the knowledgeable fans here (me, PCT, LE, Aced, Gyno, and others) know that it has its limitations.
it's one of the best tools we have but you can't look at only PER.

In our first year of Howard and Harden. NEWSFLASH: Lebron didn't even win the title his first year in Miami. Year 2 is when the familiarity, chemistry, etc. will be there for a serious run. Houston will be a top 4 seed. Bookmark it.
