I'm sure this has been discussed on this board before, but it's very likely that Rodgers is gay. I also think it's likely that Ryan Braun was a past lover.
Would make sense if Rodgers' family sort of shut him out when they found out he was gay, or when he told them he was gay. After a little while, the family "wised up" and realized he was worth millions of dollars, and that maybe they shouldn't cut all ties with him. By that time, it was too late. Aaron had moved on and wanted nothing to do with them.
I have a whole theory worked up about Rodgers/Braun, but it goes into great detail

I went to Lambeau for the LSU game. The Wisconsin fans we talked to about the packers told us that the rumor is that Rodgers is gay. It was funny how certain they all sounded about it. They all said Munn is a cover up. Obviously a rumor but I thought it was interesting.

This is 100% true. Olivia Munn is his beard & his family is not happy about it & is a major reason they are on the outs. This agreement works out for both of them. She is an actress who now gets tons more publicity for dating a famous great NFL QB & he gets people who are not in the know to think he is straight. They both benefit greatly from this arrangement. This goes on all over Hollywood & in all the entertainment industry. See; Travolta, Cruise, W. Smith, Oprah.

Whether Ryan Braun came in before or after all this, I'm not sure. They were apparently really close friends. Their "split" was publicized decently after Braun was revealed as a steroid user. You'll remember that Aaron had a quote about how Braun had looked him in the eye and promised him he didn't use steroids or something, and Aaron publicly stuck his neck out for Braun. Basically, he broke his trust. But it just seemed like a little more than a friendship ending. It seemed more emotional.
Braun's wikipedia page oddly is missing the "personal life" section that you see for pretty much every famous person on wikipedia, which is odd to me. Yes, he's married, but that doesn't really mean anything.
Rodgers went to Cal. Braun went to Miami. Maybe the two gayest areas in the United States. Braun is a really good-looking, well-kept guy.
The whole Rodgers/Olivia Munn thing. Those dirty pictures and dirty messages that came out about her. She's a freak, apparently. Do you really think Rodgers can keep up with that? I think it's all for show. And they do all this cutesy artsy shite together and dress up like Star Wars characters. Idk, I don't trust it.
So yeah, you heard it here first. Rodgers and Braun were gay together.

I've thought this also. The Rodgers-Munn thing just looks so staged. He looks so uncomfortable around her. She's an attention whore sloot that'll do anything for $$$$$$$$ and fame. Rodgers seemed so "crushed" when Braun admitted to taking PED's.

Yeah, like, jock pro athletes lie about taking steroids. That's a thing. Rodgers is an emotional dude and seemed like he took it really hard. It's weird to me.

I don't dispute for a second it would be a huge scandal, I just thinks it's funny that people care so much. It's 2017 and most US adults still snicker about gay rumors like 12 year olds in 1956
