Aaron Hernandez's defense team announced Thursday that they are filing suit against the New England Patriots and the NFL after a brain study showed the former football star suffered from a "severe case" of CTE. The lawsuit is being filed on behalf of Hernandez's 4-year-old daughter, Avielle, attorney Jose Baez said.

Well this won't be good for the NFL's image.

Still though, it's hard to make excuses for a multi-time murderer.

Why just sue the NFL? Why not UF, HS and Peewee coaches? Hell, why not his parents for letting him play all these years and signing him up when he was little?
