LA Tech ran UNT off their own field and they're beating Nicholls 77-3 in the 4th. Most division III schools wouldn't lose 77-3 to UNT.

Guy Lecompte is just what Nicholls needs in every way. He came to Mandeville from Salmen which was loaded with talent to the spoiled wealthy white boy Mandeville High. Since then they have won first and formost, putting guys in D1 programs. They have had to add to the stadium, the student section has taken over half the stands and they never used to come. They stand the whole game and cheer. Brought in huge sponsors like Horne beck Offshore, Tom Benson and many others, New Field, Jumbo tron and what seems new uni's and facility upgrades every year....That is exactly what needs to be done at Nicholls. BeBe in his office every day helping the program.They are very close. I'm sure BeBe would help with recruiting even if he was at a bigger school... BeBe's kid would be perfect for LeCompte to get the job and bring down there..Kid is a talent..

Need a young guy, that first and foremost can recruit, goes out and looks for FBS guys that are either grade casualties or get kicked out and embrace them, much like SLU has done. Then battle it out for the leftovers in LA, and draw upon Mississippi JUCO and being close.
Most importantly just need a guy, young, old, black, white, who will just bring a renewed energy to the program.
