No, that's in the next phase. According to the school, the just completed end zone project was to prepare for loss of seats in the new/ updated upper deck. The suites will be incorporated in the new design
Not sure when this next phase will take place

They let boy scouts, girl scouts, senior citizens, children 12 and under in free after about the third home game to boost attendance figures...
