I don't agree on the suspension rule but what he did there is very dangerous lowering his head like that on the hit. On suhs hit though that was an absolute joke getting fined for a hit that wasn't late in the chest.

The video just really seems like they are grasping at straws.

I mean come on. It's like they are trying to punish him because they think it could have been roughing the passer, but the ref didn't call it so they may as well fine Suh thousands of dollars to make up for the no-call...that was rightfully not called.
